Using This Website
This website provides information about our hotel, dining, events, gaming floor and guest services. We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but details such as prices, opening hours and availability can change. Nothing on this website is a binding offer; a booking is only confirmed once we accept it in writing.
Bookings and Enquiries
When you send a booking request through this website, you are asking us to contact you about availability. A reservation becomes a confirmed booking only when our team confirms it with you. Rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment and Cancellation
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the rate and package you choose and will be set out at the time of booking. Please read them carefully, as some rates are non-refundable. If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible.
Our Gaming Floor
Our gaming floor is an on-site, adults-only area available to guests aged 20 years and over. Valid photo identification may be required for entry. Access is offered as part of our on-site hospitality and hotel experience.
Guest Conduct
We want every guest to enjoy their stay. We ask that guests treat our team, other guests and our property with respect. We may decline service or ask a guest to leave where behaviour is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive to others.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, CoralMonarch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
